The FC140 3-in-1 welding machine is a lightweight, ultra-portable, and multifunctional welder that connects to a 120V power source. With an intuitive user interface and easy setup, this wire feed welder excels at Flux-Cored welding, Stick welding, and Lift TIG welding.

In Flux-Cored welding, the synergic adjustment function allows even beginners to use it easily. The fine-tune voltage knob generally remains in the middle position, with fine-tune adjustments of +/- 2V.

The Stick welding functions include a built-in Hot-start for easier arc striking, Arc-force for smoother welding and deeper penetration, and Anti-stick to simplify electrode removal. Automatic protection against overheating, overcurrent, and short circuits ensures safe operation.

The FC140 delivers outstanding arc stability with low spatter and deep weld pools. Its power supply operates at AC 110V (90-140V), with a rated input current of 39A (MIG), 43A (MMA), and 29A (TIG). The welding current range is 20-140A (MIG and MMA) and 10-140A (TIG), with duty cycles of 35% (MIG), 30% (MMA), and 40% (TIG).

The welder can handle Flux-Cored MIG wire from 0.030" to 0.035" in diameter, as well as electrode diameters from 1/16" to 1/8". It supports a wide range of electrode types, including E6013, E7018, E6010, E6011, and E308L.

The minimum workpiece thickness is 1/32" (0.8mm) at 20A, while the maximum is 3/8" (9.5mm) at 140A. The advanced IGBT technology provides reliable operation, smoother welding, and deeper penetration.

For convenience, the welder features a LED light that can be easily turned on and off with a 3-second press of the function button. Its mini size and lightweight design (10.1 lbs) make it highly portable, with an adjustable shoulder strap for indoor and outdoor use.
